This 4-time Emmy Award winner didn't just report the news – she brought it to life, earning the trust of both community members and world leaders alike.
Before becoming DC's go-to journalist, Jan dominated the airwaves as a beloved talk show host on ABC Boston and anchored prime-time news on NBC Portland, where she consistently led the market in the coveted 6 & 11 PM slots.
But Jan's most transformative chapter began when she stepped away from the camera.
