Getting Started With Us

We welcome clients who are 18 years or older. While we maintain our website and services with great care, your use of them is at your own risk. We may update these terms periodically, and your continued use means you accept any changes.

Making Purchases

When you make a purchase with us, you're confirming that:

• Your payment information is accurate and current
• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method
• You understand our pricing may change over time
• All payments will be in US Dollars unless we specify otherwise
• Applicable sales taxes will be added as required by law

Our Commitment to Fair Refunds and Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Here's our promise to you regarding refunds and cancellations:

If you need to cancel your participation in any of our events or services:

• With 7 or more days' notice: You'll receive a full refund, minus a $250 administrative fee to cover our preparation costs
• With less than 7 days' notice: While we cannot offer a refund, we may be able to offer a credit for future services
• All refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method

We're happy to transfer your registration to another participant with 48 hours' notice at no additional cost. Just send us a written request.

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances, we'll work with you to find a fair solution.

Protecting Our Work Together

We believe in transparency and want you to understand the collaborative nature of our curriculum and services. Our materials represent a partnership of expertise:

The curriculum is jointly owned by The Kaler Group and Jan Fox, reflecting our shared commitment to delivering exceptional educational content. All other materials, including but not limited to our:

• Course Curriculum
• Website and registration page content and design
• Marketing materials
• Communications
• Additional resources and tools are owned by The Kaler Group

When you purchase access to our services, you're benefiting from this combined expertise. Your purchase gives you the right to:

• Access and use materials for your personal growth
• Download and print materials for your business use
• Share your experience through testimonials and reviews

To respect the intellectual property rights of both The Kaler Group and Jan Fox, please don't:

• Share access with others who haven't purchased
• Resell or redistribute our materials
• Use our content in ways we haven't authorized
• Create derivative works without express written permission from both The Kaler Group and Jan Fox

Any unauthorized use of our jointly owned curriculum or other materials may violate applicable intellectual property laws and could result in the termination of your access to our services.
